Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add yogurt and olive oil. Mix well.
3. Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until smooth.
4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out with a rolling pin.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
