Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a disk about ¼ inch thick.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry each disk until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
