- 1 cup Sourdough Starter
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, and honey.
2. Add the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
