- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 cup Bread Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1. Add all ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select the whole wheat setting, medium crust, and start the machine.
3. Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
