5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan.
8. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
