Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Dried fruits (mixed)
- ½ cup Chopped nuts
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add dried fruits and nuts to the dry ingredients and mix well.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
