Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Oat Bran
- 2 tablespoon Flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 1.5 cups Warm Water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, flaxseeds, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix honey, yeast, and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
