Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, honey, and olive oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
