Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • ½ cup pineapple juice room temperature
  • ½ cup milk room temperature
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Add pineapple juice, milk, melted butter, eggs, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll.
  6. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
