  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 bottle Guinness beer

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter and Guinness beer until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
