Green Tomato Bread Recipe

- 2 cups Green Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix chopped green tomatoes, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
