Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Green tea powder (matcha)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, green tea powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
