Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Plain yogurt
- ½ cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add yogurt, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
Flatten each ball and roll out into a thin oval shape.
Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped green onions on top. Press lightly.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
