Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Add yogurt, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball and roll out into a thin oval shape.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped green onions on top. Press lightly.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
