  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and olive oil.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
