Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 package Active dry yeast
- ¼ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, melted butter, milk, and egg. Mix well.
3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 pieces.
6. Roll each piece into a crescent shape and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
