- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 pcs Eggs large
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, olive oil, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
