- 1 cup Water Room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free sourdough starter, water, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
2. Add the gluten-free flour blend and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Add the olive oil and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
