  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Cold butter cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter pieces to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and honey until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
