  • 2 cups Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  3. Add the warm water, egg, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into buns. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Let the buns rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the buns to cool before serving.
