  • 3 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum
  • 2.5 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
  2. 2. Add the gluten-free flour, salt, and xanthan gum to the pan.
  3. 3. Make a small well in the flour and add the yeast.
  4. 4. Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting and start.
  5. 5. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread and let it cool before slicing.
