Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then shape into a bagel.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
