Ingredients 

Bagel Dough

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then shape into a bagel.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let the bagels cool on a wire rack before serving.
