Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
