Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  5. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat oval shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
