Ingredients 

Flatbread Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (like parsley, thyme, or rosemary), chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Roll out each ball into a flat circle, about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. While still warm, brush each flatbread with minced garlic and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
