Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a flat circle, about ¼ inch thick.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
While still warm, brush each flatbread with minced garlic and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
