Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and basil.
  7. Once dough has risen, punch it down and divide into small balls.
  8. Roll each ball in the garlic herb mixture and place in a loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
