Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme), chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and knead in the minced garlic and chopped herbs.
  7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  9. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
