Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Once risen, punch down the dough and knead in the minced garlic and chopped herbs.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
