Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 75 g Butter softened
  • 100 g Sugar preferably pearl sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Yeast active dry
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. 2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add yeast mixture and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the sugar.
  6. 6. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. 8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Let it cool before slicing. Enjoy!
