- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 10 g Salt
- 7 g Instant yeast
- 350 ml Water Lukewarm
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
Add water and olive oil, mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
Shape the dough into a flat oval and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make slashes in the dough to create a leaf pattern.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
