  • 300 ml Water lukewarm
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 10 g Salt
  • 400 g Stracchino cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
  2. 2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  4. 4. Roll out each part into a thin sheet.
  5. 5. Place one sheet on a baking sheet, spread the cheese evenly, and cover with the second sheet.
  6. 6. Seal the edges and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes.
