1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast.
2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
6. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Stretch it out to fit the sheet.
7. Use your fingers to create dimples all over the surface of the dough. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and coarse sea salt.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
