Ezekiel Bread Recipe
A healthy, homemade bread recipe inspired by the biblical bread of Ezekiel.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Barley flour
- ½ cup Millet flour
- ¼ cup Lentil flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups Warm water
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, barley flour, millet flour, and lentil flour.
2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
3. Add the yeast mixture, salt, and honey to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 45 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
