- 2 cups Sprouted wheat berries Soaked and sprouted for 2-3 days
1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
2. Place the sprouted wheat berries into a food processor and blend until a dough forms.
3. Shape the dough into a loaf or small rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 4 hours, flipping halfway through, until the bread is firm and slightly browned.
