  • 2 cups Einkorn flour
  • 1 cup Spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add einkorn flour, spelt flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
