- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
