Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
