  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Cold Butter cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter pieces and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add milk and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut into biscuits using a cutter.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
