  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add whole wheat flour, shredded cheddar cheese, dried dill, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
