Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Decorations

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and sugar.
  2. 2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and spread it out on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, rosemary, and basil.
  8. 8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  9. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
