Main Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1.5 cups Warm water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Olive oil
Decorations
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup Fresh rosemary
- ¼ cup Fresh basil
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and sugar.
2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. Punch down the dough and spread it out on a baking sheet.
7. Decorate with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, rosemary, and basil.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
