Dark Rye Bread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rye Flour
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Caraway Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Molasses
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
In a mixing bowl, combine rye flour, all-purpose flour, caraway seeds, and salt.
In a separate bowl, dissolve molasses in warm water, then add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
Place dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let cool before slicing.
