  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Caraway Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rye flour, all-purpose flour, caraway seeds, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve molasses in warm water, then add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
