Danish Rugbrod Rye Bread Recipe
A traditional Danish rye bread that's hearty and full of flavor.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Rye Flour
- 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 50 g Sunflower Seeds
- 50 g Flaxseeds
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Dry Yeast
- 600 ml Water Lukewarm
Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add lukewarm water and mix until well combined.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
