Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Rye Flour
  • 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 50 g Sunflower Seeds
  • 50 g Flaxseeds
  • 10 g Salt
  • 10 g Dry Yeast
  • 600 ml Water Lukewarm

Instructions 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add lukewarm water and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Let the bread cool before slicing.
