Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Coconut oil (solid)
  • ¾ cup Almond milk or any dairy-free milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the coconut oil until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the almond milk until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut into biscuits.
  7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
