  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a muffin tin generously.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the popovers are golden brown and crusty.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
