Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas
 - 1 cup Granulated Sugar
 - ½ cup Butter softened
 - 2 Eggs large
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
 - ½ cup Sour Cream
 - 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 - 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
 
Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
 - ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
 - 1 Egg large
 - 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
 
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture until just combined.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until smooth.
Spread half of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the banana batter. Top with the remaining banana batter.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
