Cream Cheese and Almond Wheat Bread

- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Almonds, chopped
- 1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add honey, eggs, and milk, and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped almonds.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
