Cranberry Sunflower Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until just combined.
Fold in the dried cranberries and sunflower seeds.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
