Cranberry Pumpkin Chip Bread

Main Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
