- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in the dried cranberries.
In another bowl, mix the milk, beaten egg, and vegetable oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
