Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dill weed fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar.
Add the cottage cheese, dill weed, beaten egg, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
