Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
