Main Ingredients
- 500 g Strong white bread flour
- 10 g Salt
- 7 g Instant yeast
- 300 ml Warm water
- 50 g Butter Softened
1. Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add the warm water and butter, then mix to form a dough.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
6. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking tray.
7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
