Ingredients

  • 500 g Strong white bread flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 50 g Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the warm water and butter, then mix to form a dough.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking tray.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
