Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt.
Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add cornmeal and 1 cup of flour. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls.
Place rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
