Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide dough into 36 small balls. Place three balls in each cup of a greased muffin tin.
  6. 6. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
