Main Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
5. Divide dough into 36 small balls. Place three balls in each cup of a greased muffin tin.
6. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
